Who is Vitamin "T"

Tiffany Blakemore passionately known as "Vitamin T" is the energetic Owner of Vitamin T Fitness, LLC – a Fitness Training and Motivational venture focused on the WHOLE person, Mind, Body and Spirit.

Currently instructs stationary cycling, Vitamin Blocks, Vitamin Kicks, unique weight training.

Tiffany’s fitness journey began with her own struggle with being overweight. After losing over 150 total pounds, her passion became her purpose by sharing her journey with others and inspiring them to embark on their own fitness journey.

In 2021 she placed #7 in the national competition to become Ms. Health and Fitness.  She also is the "Body" in the notable seminar "Your Brand Your Body"  Presented most recently at the 2021 Black Women's Expo located in Chicago, IL .   Vitamin T proudly introduced her own first 5k Run at the beautiful Marquette Beach located in Gary, IN.  Her latest journey includes traveling to different facilities worldwide encouraging all to have fun and live.    Finally, her popular 21-Day Accountability program consisting of 21 days of healthy detox, intermittent fasting meal plans, group and individual exercise plans, and most notably, 21 days of motivational and inspirational quotes to succeed has been a huge life saver to many who experience the same struggle as she once did.

She often reminds her clients “Fitness begins in the mind”, therefore she always speaks positive affirmations into her clientele.  Simply a realist that understands that in all  journeys you may experience detours, road closures, highs and lows.  However, once you make it to that destination, you look back and are extremely thankful for the experience.
